Excellent food. Beef was tender. Veggies weren’t over cooked and the seasoning adding the right amount of tang. Staff was friendly and checked in regularly.

I’m still chasing that soup dumpling high. That moment where there is an unexpected eruption in your mouth, and you are filled with warm comforting goodness. The airport location is a facsimile of the original but for an airport it’s amazing. The cocktails are fun exciting and unique. The staff represents the brand well as artisans of their craft.

I had a fantastic experience at ChoLon! The food was absolutely delicious, and every dish was packed with flavor. I had the cucumber salad and fried rice with steak. The waiter, Chou, made the visit even better—friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout the meal. With great service and amazing food, I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
