Tocabe: An American Indian Eatery is the world's first Native focused restaurant in an airport. Focusing on high quality, ethically sourced ingredients - passengers are raving about the food. It's like if Chipotle was Native, but in our opinion, way tastier and healthier.

Featuring an eclectic mix of wild rice, quinoa + wheatberry, bison and elk: the menu not only tastes amazing but features items that can't be found anywhere else.

What Tocabe brings are bowls and burritos that aren’t just quick bites — they are portable land stories. Here, the Posu bowls — a term that carries a memory of ancestral grains — are built around Indigenous bases like wild rice or quinoa and wheatberry, layered with house-made salsas, greens, beans, and your choice of proteins. What might look like a burrito bowl in shape is really a reclaiming of the grain and bean plate that helped shape these territories.

Denver Airport location. What a great alternative to the usual airport food. Fresh food, very clean, And wonderful tasty food. I had the breakfast burrito with bison. It was delicious and price right.

From now on, whenever I'm in DEN, I'll be stopping here. EXTREMELY tasty foods, and nostalgic as someone who grew up with a lot of wild rice, fry bread, and more. It's a little pricey, but you can't beat an American Indian Qdoba. It's so good.
